For the resignation email sitting in drafts
Some people need a new job. Some are running from something that will follow them to the next desk. Your own entries usually know which.
Free to start on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

The resignation email has been sitting in drafts since July. Some days sending it feels like the only sane move. Other days you suspect you'd feel exactly the same in six months, at a different company, with a different manager.
Both can be true, which is why the decision keeps stalling. Pausa gives you somewhere to put it down every day, then reads it back across weeks. Is it the work, the role, the manager, the hours? Does the same tiredness show up in your Saturday entries too?
You'll make the call either way. This way you make it knowing what you're walking away from, and what you'd be taking with you.
What that looks like
The Sunday dread started at 2pm today. I can't do another year of this. Thinking of just sending the email on Monday and figuring it out after.
You've mentioned quitting in nine entries since July. The work itself barely comes up. Saying yes to your manager when you meant no comes up in seven of them, and that habit would come with you to the next job.
An illustration. Pausa only works from what you write, so it gets sharper the more you do.
How it works
Sunday night, or the minute you close the laptop. Say what you'd tell a friend over a drink.
One entry is just a bad day, but the same ending six times is a pattern. Pausa reads all of them, not just today's.
Plainly, in a sentence or two. No streaks, no scores, and no pep talk when your own words say otherwise.
We'd rather lose you as a user than waste your time.
